Jayne Amelia Larson conducts one on one coaching and group workshops that teach and develop more effective communication skills for the office, the courtroom, the boardroom, and in all sales, marketing, and educational presentations.

She demonstrates how every individual has a naturally compelling public persona that can be developed and refined to guarantee better and more effective communication for all professional relationships.

This persona that can be influenced and shaped by subtle but significant non-verbal and verbal communication that includes posture, vocal tone and pitch, eye contact, and facial and physical expression.

Miss Larson conducts workshops and one on one coaching in which she give examples of how this is evident in everyday life, and engages in interactive exercises supporting these observations and teaches techniques to become more fluent in selecting and executing certain behaviors appropriate to the individual.
To be more successful in gaining attention and focus during a long speech (or presentation, or argument) in these “short-attention-span-sound-bite” days, Miss Larson shows how to make presentations as dynamic and engaging as possible by teaching exercises and techniques that can be done by everyone on their own, and illustrating how the expressive body can be trained and refined through specific and learned rehearsal techniques.

Miss Larson works with each client on their feet in a practical and physically interactive manner. She introduces the concepts of intention and objective to create dynamic presentation.

The use of action identified by intention and objective is illustrated by the practice of specific exercises designed to facilitate functionality and practical application.

Special attention is paid to vocal energy, expression, and flexibility. Exercises exploring the relationship of vocal expression to intention are learned as well as corrections that address the impression of over-aggressiveness, falseness, excessive formality, excessive detachment, or issues of nervous tension and vocal fatigue.
